"Wow! 13 years old and still evolving. Smoky red fruits, hot slate, pepper, crunchy cranberry, cherry, burnt earth. Add anise and some beef broth on the palate that has medium still slightly grabby tannins and fresh acidity. Excellent for grilled foods. I am surprized that this wine is not more evolved. Very Good. 2007 tasted 26 May 2020."
