The aroma of wet stones drew me in immediately and I was not disappointed! This wine is a model of great structure, with its vivacious acidity and very long finish it is sure to cellar well for a few years. Tart granny smith apples, lime zest, and very subtle hints of oak. Wow, this wine will be worth waiting for.

An elegant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, made from organically farmed grapes, this wine is lovely. Notes of blackcurrant, cloves, and blueberry crisp, and a finish that lingers on the palate for a long while. Nicely balanced, this wine is restrained and complex, but still has a lot of power. A perfect companion for a wintery night in with roast beef and great company.
