"Like a warm lemon wrapped in gauze squeezed over fish. Lifted citrus, white peach and talc, juicy acidity and a surprisingly complex finish. 100% Vermentino from the little north Italian region of Liguria. It's remarkably clean for a natural wine. No vintage is indicated but a lot number 2/2017 and its youthfulness suggests it's no older than 2016. Fish, fish, sushi, fish, yum. Excellent. (22 Feb 2018)"
