"Full disclosure: I love good Franken Silvaner. This is it. Layers of citrus and raw almost silt-like stones with just-ripe pear-apple-melon fruit and dried chamomile. Medium body, fresh, lingering citrus-finish. A titch of uber-ripe confection sneaks in on the finish, but so what? Crustaceans, white fish, veal, ... Wonderbar! (2015 tasted 29 July 2017) UPDATE: gaining in complexity; classic silvaner clay silt notes over Pinot Gris-like pear/pear skin heft. Still evolving (1 Jan 2019)"
