"A seriously austere young wine with intense saline wet-stone minerality, high acidity and puckering lemon character. Sounds odd, but this is intense and it finishes long. Ideal for shellfish and white meats with cream sauces. Regional grapes--Rabigato, Codega do Larinho, Arinto and "dozens of others from very old vines--create layered complexity. No oak. I think this will age: I've had several vintages but can never keep my hands off it to find out! 2015 tasted 16 October 2017"
