Want to try something fun? How about a Sangiovese, Syrah, Chardonnay blend - there is a first for everything. This little natural wine from our friends at Classica is a perfect summer sipper. It is light and colourful in the glass with a touch of funk on the nose, but pure crunchy fruit on the palate. Cherries, McIntosh apple, red flowers, menthol and a bit of spice. This definitely needs to be beside your next Charcuterie board!!

New arrival that already has me looking forward to summer. Dosset (piedmontese for Docetto) is a perfect summer sipper. 11% alc, this is fresh and light with a delicate touch. Lots of fresh, crunchy, red fruits. Have it slightly chilled for a fun night with some charcuterie!

Wanted to check in on where this is. Pansa Blanca (one of the grapes of Cava) is the star of this one. With lees aging you find there is some more richness on the palate. Nose has some earthiness, creamsicle, bruised pear, and slight citrus. Medium to full on the palate. Drink now while still available.

Finally back in stock!! Flotsam Jetsam Chenin is an dry farmed (no irrigation in growing season), old vine Chenin Blanc. DON'T DRINK TOO COLD. Took it out of the wine fridge at 6 degrees, and was much more expressive once it warmed up a bit. Guava, honeydew melon, white flowers, with a beautiful texture and long finish. A bit warming on the finish. Had with curry (not too spicy) and was wonderful

I was waiting for a big California Pinot, and although it did have a lot of fruit quality it was decidedly a great example of Pinot Noir. Bright cherry, some caramel tones, strawberry yop (yes yop). Easy drinking palate with a fresh clean finish. Well made.

Wow. Yummy. Had the best of old world complexity and new world fruit, with a healthy dose of vanilla from the American oak. A new favourite!

A re-taste of the 2010 - now in its 7th year. I have started to not cellar a lot of Australian wine, I find the fruit doesn't change that much, and so there really is not much benefit. This one could change my mind. Showing some really great earthy, meaty notes, still chewy/chunky tannins and lots of length. Drink over the next year.
