This 100% Tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero has the integrity and depth of a stripped down acoustic Foo Fighters tune delivered by Dave Grohl himself. The structure is bold, yet refined as it opens up in your glass. (I also suggest decanting). Dark cherry and cedar with licorice notes well placed in a strong, yet beautiful melody. This 2009 Crianza is Everlonging to be enjoyed now or within the next 3-5 years. A tasty, not so little, number.

This Lil' Devil of a Pinot Noir is tasty one! Ruby in appearance with a cherry, earthy nose. A fine but grippy tannin makes for a nice warming finish. Could lie for a couple of years, but drinkable now. Food pairing I'd say duck or even maybe... Rabbit?

Deep ink on the cork, but the wine itself is garnet in colour. On the nose, hint of tobacco and shy woodpile followed up with dark cherry, cola and a chocolate note. Think Black Forest cake by a open fire. Soft tannin and well structured. This Tempranillo and a bit of Garnacha make a lovely drinking Crianza!
